The RAS/DY General Purpose Catalytic Sensors are designed and manufactured by Oggioni in compliance with the safety and health requirements as defined in Annexe II° of Directive 94/9/CE. To meet the requirements of the directive, the following harmonized European standards have been used: EN 60079-0: 2009-08/EN 60079-1: 2007-07.
The enose® DY transmitters are designed to measure concentrations of combustible gases in the range of 0–100% of the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL) or concentrations of toxic gases in the ppm range, in an atmosphere generally consisting of air. The transmitters use our enose® technology, which, thanks to the extreme integration of the components, allows the mounting of all the transmitter parts directly inside the transmitter probe body, giving the instrument a high degree of reliability and strength. The extreme modularity of this technology allows the usage of sensors in catalytic technologies. The transmitters can be supplied with relay outputs that can be associated with the alarm and fault conditions and with a display, creating an autonomous measurement station or remote.
Thanks to the introduction of Modbus or Bluetooth protocols, it is possible to establish direct communication between the sensor and your PC, PDA, or mobile phone. These features allow you to have complete control of all the sensor’s functional parameters such as Zero, Span, Sensitivity, Alarm Thresholds, TWA, STEL, and Download maintenance operations reports or events logs.
